Tungsten Electrode Grinder TIG Welding Tool

This tool is a top seller and is compatible with nearly any rotary tool featuring a 3/4-12 thread (note: rotary tool not included). The grinder, crafted from T-6061 aluminum alloy and designed using professional 3D CAD, is CNC precision machined, robust, and user-friendly.

The tungsten electrode sharpener includes four brass tungsten guide screws: 0.04" (10°), 1/16" (15°), 3/32" (20°), and 1/8" (22.5°) (1 mm, 1.6 mm, 2.4 mm, 3.2 mm). The guide rails guarantee concentricity and offer multiple offsets to enhance grinding wheel efficiency. You can adjust the copper screws to achieve the desired angle for the tungsten needle.

The tool features four angled holes for use: 22.5°, 20°, 15°, and 10° (corresponding to 45°, 40°, 30°, and 20° tip angles). This precision allows for the grinding of an improved tungsten tip angle. Each hole is calibrated for a diamond grinding wheel of the same height, eliminating the need for frequent adjustments and simplifying the alignment with the 2mm slit. Its open design facilitates the installation of the grinding wheel.

Additionally, the sharpener offers a tungsten steel cut-off feature for when your tungsten wire becomes worn or contaminated, allowing you to trim it for reuse. The enhanced brass rails and mandrels are CNC-forged with increased accuracy for extended durability.
