The 1/4'' Pneumatic Chamfering Machine has a small compact body, is light and convenient, can be used to chamfer in the narrowest and shallowest space and operated accurately with one hand.
Fast cutting right and round corners. Equipped with metal safety switch and safety buckle.
Alloy guide plate can effectively block chamfer waste. Using a sharp tungsten steel double cutter head, the cutting force is strong, sturdy, and durable.
Equipped with an air intake adjustment switch, 5-speed air intake adjustment, and air intake size can be adjusted at will to meet your different work needs. To adjust the chamfer size, unscrew the locking screw, rotate to select the scale size, then simply tighten the locking screw.
Equipped with a 360-degree rotating exhaust port, which can quickly exhaust and reduces the temperature of the machine.
Used for deburring and chamfering the Rough side of metal trimming arc corners. Suitable for various angles, such as straight edge straight chamfering, inner and outer round hole chamfering, Irregular chamfering, multilateral chamfering of the keyway etc.
